mbiwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Documents typically required are a copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mbiwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions must be made using a method registered in the account holder's own name.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit is RM30 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Any request below these limits will not be processed by the system.

4.3 Processing Time

Deposits are generally credited to your account almost immediately after payment is confirmed. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the method chosen and your account's KYC verification status.

4.4 Unclaimed Funds

In a situation where you deposit RM2,200, the maximum bonus received is RM1,000, bringing your balance to RM3,200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

mbiwin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void related winnings if there are indications that a bonus has been abused, including arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any strategy aimed at meeting wagering requirements without genuine playing risk.

5.3 Other Promotions

Other promotions and offers announced by mbiwin from time to time are subject to their own specific terms which will be stated at the time the offer is made. The general terms of these Terms and Conditions also apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Game Rules
